In 2025, Emily will complete her ICF Mentor Coach certification, specially trained by a member of the the ICF assessor team for PCC and MCC recordings.  When mentor coaching opens in 2026, you’ll have access to someone who not only knows what ICF assessors look for, but also understands what it’s like to coach leaders in real-world corporate environments.
