Hi, I’m Emily

An experienced ICF PCC credentialed leadership coach — but more than that, I’m someone who deeply cares about the long term success of our profession and reputation as leadership coaches. At a time where there are now thousands of coaches, leadership coaches need to stand out from the rest.

My goal: help you put together a solid, reliable business structure and become known as a high-caliber coach with great skill.

I know how it feels because I've been there too.

When I started my coaching business, I did what most coaches do: I Googled everything from which certification to pick, to how to set up a website, and how to create a memorable brand. And... how to run a successful coaching business.

I burned a lot of time on things that didn't matter yet - like obsessing over domain names and rebuilding my website a few times.

Over the years, I finally found my footing - finding mentors and certifications that were a good fit for my direction. Yet, I still struggled with my confidence - especially as I started working with higher and higher profile leaders.

It took me a lot longer than necessary to get the business on solid footing - in terms of operating like a legitimate business that a company would entrust with it's executives.

I also discovered I needed to continue to sharpen my skills so that I stood out from others. I continually invested so that I could be known as a high caliber coach.


As time passed, I began certifying and mentoring other coaches: helping them skip the mess and jump to faster success. So if you’re in that in this space - wanting a reliable (and manageable) business, and wanting to stand out as a high caliber coach —I see you.
